We were recently called to Williamsville Towers, an 8-story condominium in Williamsville NY (14221), to repair a bathroom ceiling damaged by a plumbing leak. A resident had a leak above their shower, and Ed Young’s Plumbing took care of the plumbing work, then referred Carrigan Painting to repair the ceiling.
The damage left a hole in the drywall ceiling, which we patched, primed, and then applied two-full coats of paint to the walls and ceiling of the bathroom to complete the project as one service. We specialize in ceiling repairs for both drywall and plaster substrates, so this job was right in our wheelhouse, though this was our first time working in a high-rise!
Whether it’s a small bathroom ceiling or a whole house interior, we bring expert ceiling restoration and interior painting to homes across Williamsville and surrounding suburbs.

Once the ceiling repair was properly patched and checked with a darby (a darby is a special tool used by plasterers to ensure the straight-ness of their work.). We spot primed the ceiling repair, and applied two coats of paint to the bathroom ceiling.
