We are back to finish what we started in April – Ceiling Painting in Woodwind Acres, Orchard Park, NY – Part 1. While waiting for the plaster at our job in Kenmore to dry, we were invited back to finish painting the trim in this beautiful home in Orchard Park. This round, we painted the rest of the trim and windows in the stairwell, upstairs hall, living room- including the two columns, dining room, bathroom, and foyer. We cleaned the trim using our magic rags and then lightly sanded, spot primed areas that were bare wood or stained, then caulked the cracks. After which we applied to full coats of Behr Trim and Door enamel (oil base). We also painted the fireplace mantle.

Side note: The homeowner removed the columns to make them easier to paint. They’re just decorative.
