Interior Painting from Clarence to Kenmore..

Instead of making 3 very short posts, decided to combine the last three jobs into one post. Make my busy life a little easier, and make it easier for you to see all we have been up to over the past 2 weeks.

First

Living room painting, hall in Tonawanda NY.

We also painted this stairway, walls, ceiling, trim, risers, spindles and skirtboards.

Second

Bedroom Painting Kenmore NY.

This bedroom had multiple leaks due to a shoddy roofing contractor. The leaks have since been repaired. So we came in and fixed the attempted ceiling repairs properly, then repainted the ceilings, walls, trim and doors in this bedroom, the 2nd floor bathroom, and hall way. We used Behr Dynasty on this one due to the color choices. It truly is a one coat coverage paint. But we always do two coats.

Third

Water damaged drywall repair around a couple of skylights in Clarence NY.

Skylights are notorious for leaking. The older they are the worse it gets. This damage can be expensive to repair. So if yours leak, don’t put it off. The last thing you want to contend with is mold. We removed the water damaged drywall, and then repaired the area. After which we also repaired the numerous nail pops in the ceiling. Once the ceiling patches were dry, we spot primed our patches with oil based primer, and then applied two coats of paint to the ceiling.
