Today we began an interior painting project in the Dan Troy neighborhood of Williamsville NY. What began as a simple ceiling repair, ended with us painting the 1960’s wood paneling and greatly improving the ambience of the space. We began with repairing the water damage to the drywall ceiling, and then priming the walls with oil base primer.

The room had a wood burning fireplace, and the former owners were heavy smokers. So to ensure there would be no bleed through or other problems from nicotine or soot, oil primer was used.
Priming & Painting

After the walls and ceiling was primed, we applied two full coats of paint to both.
