This was a fun one. They sustained damage from the blizzard over Christmas in 2022. Due to the location and extent of the damage required 3 sections of steel scaffold in order to make the repairs.
All repairs were spot primed with oil primer, and the walls and ceilings were also painted.
Due to water infiltration, the paper tape lost its adhesion, so it had to be removed, and new paper tape installed and then finished.
Because this foyer is in the center of the house, dust containment became paramount. We used RamBoard to protect the floors
