From Old & Worn to New and Fresh – Pole Barn Painter

This pole barn is about 60 years old and has never been painted. An eye sore for the neighborhood, the homeowners hired us to revitalize the barn and make it look better. After thoroughly pressure washing the exterior of the pole barn, we spot primed the rusty areas with Rust Oleum red oxide primer. We also sanded the wood door frame, primed, caulked and painted everything with two coats of Behr Dynasty Exterior Satin. We originally were not supposed to paint the skirt board, however I decided to go ahead and paint it black to make it look just that much better.
